Short summary: Maryam Cosmetics does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges or replacements for any purchased items. All sales are final.
No refunds / no returns / no exchanges
All purchases on maryamcosmetics.com are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, provide replacements, or process exchanges for change-of-mind, fit, color preference, or ordering error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Although we maintain a no-refund policy, we want customers to receive products that are not damaged or materially different from descriptions. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different:
- Email support@themaryamcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Provide a brief description and any requested supporting information.
We will review and may, at our sole discretion, authorize corrective action — e.g., partial credit, replacement, or store credit — only when the damage/defect is verifiable and not caused by normal wear, improper use, or third-party carrier handling. Any corrective action is discretionary and not guaranteed.
Proof and investigation
We may request additional information, including photos or return of the item (at our direction). If we request return shipping, we will provide prepaid instructions; otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms. We may contest fraudulent chargebacks and may suspend accounts that abuse payment disputes.
